Overview

Sherzad Kalaf Mohe is a business consultant and entrepreneur based in Medina, Saudi Arabia, helping founders and families establish companies, technology systems, and residency pathways in the Kingdom. The brand needed a presence that matched the substance behind it — a founder with a real operating track record (five businesses founded, a full-stack technical background, multilingual client base) who had no website, no content engine, and no consistent social or LinkedIn presence to carry that story to the right audience.

Svype was brought in to build the full stack: website, content, social, and on-ground video production.

About the Client

Sherzad Kalaf Mohe is a business and technology consultant operating in Saudi Arabia, working with entrepreneurs, established businesses expanding into the Kingdom, technical founders, and families relocating there. His services span company formation, business strategy, technology systems, immigration support, and Arabic education (through Medina Camps). His background combines a Master's in Computer Science, a Bachelor's in Business Information Systems, prior work as a Solution Architect at the Islamic University of Madinah, and direct operating experience founding and running multiple businesses, including an e-commerce brand and an Arabic-language education program.

The brand's differentiator is operating experience over consulting theory — which meant the content strategy needed to show the work, not just describe it.

The Specific Problem

The expertise existed. The proof did not.

There was no website to direct prospective clients to, no consistent content showing the on-the-ground reality of doing business in Saudi Arabia, and no professional social or LinkedIn presence built to convert that credibility into inbound conversations. For a consulting brand built on "real experience instead of theory," the absence of visual proof — footage, case content, a real digital presence — undercut the pitch itself.

What Was Done

Four decisions built the brand from the ground up.

Website, on-ground video, social content, and LinkedIn were delivered as one system — each piece reinforcing the others rather than sitting in isolation.

Decision 01

Website Development

A full website was designed and built to house the brand's services, credentials, and story — company formation, business strategy, technology systems, immigration support, and Arabic education, each with its own service pathway and a clear route to a consultation booking.

Why

Without a destination that carried credentials and a booking path, interest from social and LinkedIn had nowhere commercial to land.

Decision 02

On-Ground Content Production in Saudi Arabia

Svype's video editing team traveled to Saudi Arabia to provide direct, on-ground production support — shooting original content with the client rather than working from stock or remote footage. This gave the brand an authentic, location-specific content library instead of generic consultant-brand visuals.

Why

A brand positioned on operating experience over theory cannot be built from stock footage. Location-specific content is the proof the pitch was missing.

Decision 03

Social Media Content Creation

Ongoing content was produced across the client's social channels, translating his day-to-day work and market commentary on Saudi Arabia into a consistent content cadence.

Why

Credibility compounds through consistent presence. One-off posts cannot carry a personal brand that needs to stay visible to founders and relocating families.

Decision 04

LinkedIn Profile Optimization & Content Creation

The personal LinkedIn profile was optimized and paired with an ongoing content strategy, positioning it as the primary professional channel for reaching founders, technical leads, and relocating families — the exact audience segments the client already serves.

Why

Those audience segments evaluate professionals on LinkedIn first. The profile and content needed to convert that evaluation into inbound conversations.
