Overview

Noshh Grill is a Pakistani restaurant in Bristol's Easton neighborhood with a loyal local following and strong word-of-mouth — but no digital infrastructure connecting that reputation to new customer discovery. Svype built and now runs the full stack: website, local SEO, social media, Meta Ads, and AI-assisted content, working as one system rather than separate vendor relationships.

About the Client

Noshh Grill serves Pakistani cuisine — karahis, biryanis, tandoor-cooked kebabs, and grills — from its location on Stapleton Road in Easton, Bristol. The restaurant positions itself around authenticity and tradition, with recipes passed down through the founding family and a head chef trained in Lahore. It competes in a dense South Asian and desi food scene across Bristol, where reputation and local search visibility both matter for driving footfall and bookings.

The Specific Problem

Strong food and strong reviews weren't translating into a searchable, discoverable digital presence. The restaurant had no website built to rank for local search, no coordinated social and paid strategy, and no content engine producing material relevant to what people in Bristol were actually searching for.

What Was Done

Five decisions connected local reputation to discovery.

Website, local SEO, Meta Ads, social, and AI-assisted content were built as one system — so search, social, and paid weren't competing vendor relationships, they were one acquisition stack.

Decision 01

Website Development

A website was designed and built to give the restaurant a proper digital home — menu, location, booking pathway, and a foundation for local SEO to build on.

Why

Local SEO and paid traffic need a destination that converts. Without a site structured for search and bookings, every other channel was leaking demand.

Decision 02

Local SEO & Content Strategy

Blog content was built specifically around Bristol local search queries. Existing content was audited first — new posts were checked against 14 existing pieces already published, and four new blog posts were delivered covering Bristol-specific search intent. Search Console data now shows the site earning 30.7K impressions and 1.73K clicks at a 5.6% average CTR, holding an average position of 10.4 across tracked queries.

Why

Generic restaurant content does not rank for the queries Bristol diners actually use. Local intent content, audited against what already existed, was the fastest path to measurable Search Console growth.

Decision 03

Meta Ads

Paid social campaigns were built to drive direct customer acquisition — bookings, walk-ins, and delivery orders — alongside the organic strategy.

Why

Organic search and social compound over time. Paid Meta campaigns fill the gap with near-term footfall and orders while SEO and content build.

Decision 04

Social Media Marketing

Content built around the brand's existing visual identity (the checkerboard reel format, in-restaurant footage, football-tie-in creative) has grown the account to 2.9K followers, with a two-month window alone generating 22K reel views, 44K accounts reached, and 763 likes across 16 published reels.

Why

The brand already had a visual language that worked. Scaling that identity consistently mattered more than inventing a new one — and the engagement data shows the format travels.

Decision 05

AI Content Creation

AI-assisted content production was layered into the content workflow to scale output without compromising the brand's authentic, food-culture-driven voice.

Why

A restaurant content engine needs volume to stay visible. AI assistance scaled production while human direction kept the voice tied to the kitchen and culture, not generic food marketing.
